コンサルテーションの方法 * We recommend conducting the consultation via Zoom and enabling screen sharing.

以下のInitial Consultation Agreementに同意しますか。同意される方のみ送信してください。RCICとはコンサルタントの称号です。* Do you agree to the Initial Consultation Agreement below? Please submit only if you agree. (RCIC stands for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.)

The RCIC will not represent me in this matter and will not take any steps on my behalf following the consultation, unless a written Retainer Agreement is entered into with the RCIC.
The RCIC shall not be held liable for the outcome of any application unless a written Retainer Agreement is in place.
Follow-up questions will not be addressed after the consultation unless they are directly related to the consultation.
The consultation does not include detailed advice regarding required supporting documents or instructions on how to complete application forms. Such advice will only be provided to clients who have signed a Retainer Agreement.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time.
The RCIC does not guarantee that viable immigration options or solutions will be available.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

I acknowledge that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and associated Regulations.
