コンサルテーションの方法 * We recommend conducting the consultation via Zoom and enabling screen sharing.

以下のInitial Consultation Agreemnetに同意しますか。同意される方のみ送信してください。RCICとはコンサルタントの称号です。* Do you agree to the Initial Consultation Agreement below? Please submit only if you agree. (RCIC stands for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.)

RCIC will not represent me in this matter and will not be taking any step on my behalf in respect of this matter after the consultation, unless I have a written Retainer Agreement with RCIC,
RCIC will not be liable for the result of application unless I have a written Retainer Agreement with RCIC,
follow-up questions will not be answered after the consultation, unless RCIC promises to answer particular questions at the consultation,
the consultation does not cover any advice on required documents in details for the application or how to fill out application forms, and such an advice is provided only to the Clients who signed Retainer Agreement,
no refund will be arranged for cancellation made within 72 hours prior to the reserved service date and time; and
RCIC cannot guarantee viable immigration options or solutions may be available.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

I acknowledge that the RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and associated Regulations.
