Under this system, individuals interested in immigrating to the province through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program must first create an Expression of Interest profile using the province&#8217;s Arrima portal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Creating an Expression of Interest profile in the online\u00a0Arrima portal\u00a0is free and available to anyone 18 years of age or older.\u00a0The Arrima portal is available\u00a0year-round and an Expression of Interest profile can be submitted at any time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Candidates invited to apply for immigration to Quebec through the QSW must use the secure <em>Mon projet Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>\u00a0portal in order to submit an application.\u00a0<em>Mon projet Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>\u00a0allows candidates to complete their application for a CSQ, make their payment online, follow the status of their application, make changes to their application, and access personal electronic messaging throughout the process.<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1615653123040{background-color: #ffffff !important;}&#8221;][vc_column]<div class=\"shortcode-wrapper shortcode-icon-column clearfix\"><div class=\"feature-box standard-icon-box alignleft\"><div class=\"feature-box-content\"><h4 class=\"bold\"><i class=\"hb-moon-point-right title-icon\"><\/i>Quebec Skilled Worker Program Eligibility<\/h4>Applicants who are successful under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program\u00a0are issued a\u00a0Quebec Selection Certificate\u00a0(CSQ) and can then apply to the Government of Canada for permanent residence. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will conduct a medical and criminal background check as part of its approval process.<\/p>\n<p>In order to qualify for a CSQ, you must score enough points under the Quebec Immigration selection\u00a0factors described below. Please note that C level work must be related to the degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>show a\u00a0final transcript attesting to the successful completion\u00a0of at least three years of full-time secondary or post-secondary study<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>completed\u00a0entirely in French\u00a0(including the master\u2019s and doctoral theses, if applicable);\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>a final transcript attesting to the successful completion of a\u00a0study program in Qu\u00e9bec completed entirely in French (including the master\u2019s and doctoral theses, if applicable);\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>prove French ability by way of a standardized language test recognized by the Government of Quebec;\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>show that they have\u00a0satisfied the French language requirements of the professional order governing their\u00a0occupation in Quebec.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Spouses of principal applicants under the PEQ will need to demonstrate spoken knowledge of French.
