Hiroyuki Kameya, RCIC
Hiro(yuki) Kameya earned his LLB from Meiji University in 1985. He learned French in Montreal and served as an interpreter at GATT Conference held in 1988. He served as a product manager at Kenwood Canada in Toronto for five years. His High-tech career started in Ottawa serving as Country Manager for Japan at Corel Corporation as well as Localization Manager for Asian Languages at Cognos Inc. He also worked at Metrowerks as Regional Sales Director responsible for Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India and Singapore. In 2003 he established QLSeeker(Quality Life Seeker) Canada Inc. in Toronto helping people from all over the world immigrate to Canada. Currently, he is one of the few licensed immigration consultants outside of Quebec, who can practice both Federal Immigration law and Quebec Immigration law. Toshiyasu Uehara, RCIC-IRB
Toshiyasu(Toshi) Uehara has been working as a licensed immigration consultant since the previous regulator was established in 2004. He is also qualified to work as a Gyosei-shoshi Lawyer in Japan. Uehara holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Keio University and MBA from Aoyamagakuin University Graduate School in Japan.
