Hiroyuki Kameya holds an additional license as a Quebec immigration consultant (No. 11489), so our firm is able to handle immigration programs across all of Canada, including Quebec.
Toshiyasu Uehara also holds qualifications as an authorized representative before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) to handle appeals for family-class sponsorship rejections, and PR-card renewal refusals. In addition, he is now fully registered as a Japanese Administrative Scrivener (Gyoseishoshi No.25086168) and will begin offering Japanese immigration services as of July 1, 2026 . His services will cover work visas, student visas, Business Manager visas, as well as applications for permanent residence, naturalization, and company incorporation in Japan.
What is an RCIC?
An RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) is a nationally-recognized qualification, accredited by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Only lawyers who are members of a law society or genuine RCICs are permitted to act on behalf of clients in fee-based visa or permanent residency applications to the Canadian government.
About the initial consultation
We currently conduct our initial consultation on a paid basis. We do not offer “free consultations”. This is because we want to commit our time and expertise to those who are genuinely aiming for Canadian immigration or visa acquisition. We provide high-quality advice grounded in proven expertise and track record.
In our consultation we can handle, for example:
-
Analysis and strategy options for temporary visas or permanent residency tailored to your situation
-
Assessment of the feasibility of obtaining LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment), which has become very difficult to obtain recently, and proposing strategy
-
Explanation of real-world information and caution not listed on the IRCC official sites
-
Cause-analysis and proposing countermeasures for clients whose applications have been rejected
-
Verification of whether content researched by generative AI is correct
-
Final document check for clients applying by themselves (fee quoted separately)
Fee: 30-60 minutes / CAD $150 (plus tax) / Standard Case
* If you sign a formal representative contract for your application within 2 weeks after the consultation, this fee will be credited toward your retainer fee.
